1. Unable to install the refill

Check whether there is a pencil in the pen
shaft, observe whether there is a pencil lead
from the outlet of the pencil lead, or unscrew the
built-in pencil sharpener, press the part pencil
lead release button to the end, insert a pencil
lead from the tail, and check whether there is a
pencil lead coming out.

Confirm whether the size of the lead matches
the saker deep hole pencil lead, please
purchase the professional 2.8mm pencil lead of
the saker brand.
2. During the process of pressing part 3,
the pencil lead does not stick out

Confirm whether the size of the lead matches
the saker deep hole pencil, please purchase the
professional 2.8mm pencil lead of the saker brand.

Check whether there is a refill in the pen shaft.
If not, re-install the lead. When there is a lead
inside the pen shaft , follow the steps Figure A.
3.step3: Install the pencil lead, press pencil lead
release button
to the bottom, insert the pencil
lead from the bottom.
