6 | Installation
First separate the Velcro discs (5) included. Attach the larger sides
to the rear of the loudspeaker after peeling off the protective film.
Place the smaller sides on the left and right of the ear recesses
in the helmet lining. To do so, remove the protective film from the
rear Velcro disc and stick it to the helmet in a suitable position.
Then secure the loudspeakers with the Velcro disc so that they are
positioned centrally in front of the ears. Align the microphone using
the flexible boom so that it is as close as possible to the mouth.
The connecting cables for the loudspeakers and the charging cable
can be hidden in the helmet lining in most helmets.
7 | Commissioning
7.1 | Charging
The communication system can be charged using the USB cable
included (8) by connecting it to a USB interface on a PC or using
a separate USB charger (e.g. from your smartphone). To do so,
connect the Micro USB connector to the charging socket on the
communication system (6) and then charge it using the PC or
USB charger. A red indicator light lights up. It takes approximately
2 hours to fully charge.
