Connections
– Active Speaker
1. A USB-A connector is provided in the base of the amplifier for connection of an
interactive whiteboard to a PC or Notebook through the internal USB hub.
2. A USB-B connector is provided in the base of the amplifier for connection to a PC or
Notebook.
3. Two USB-A connections on the front panel are provided to connect audio devices
such as MP3 player etc to a PC through the internal USB 2.0 hub
4. Two 3.5mm mini jack female sockets are provided at the base of the amplifier for
PC/DVD audio input to the amplifier
5. The RCA female output socket on the amplifier base panel is for connecting the
amplifier to the passive speaker
6. A 2 metre Mains power lead is fitted with a moulded plug to BS 1363.

Connections
– Passive Speaker
1. Bare wire connectors are provided on the passive speaker to enable the passive
speaker to be connected up to 10 metres away from the amplifier by cutting the the
speaker cable to the length required.
