• 

DuringregularCoffee/Espressopreparation: 

1)Unlockthehandleandopenthemachinehead 

tocheckthatafreshundamagedcapsuleisinserted 

inthecorrectposition. 

2)Checkthatthehandleisinthe“locked”position. 

3)Checkthatthewatertankisfull.

• 

During Descaling, Emptying and Cleaning: 

1)Checkthatcapsuleisejected. 

2)Checkthatthehandleisinthe“locked”position.

• 

During Programming Volume: 

1)Checkandinsertacapsule. 

2)Pleaserefertothecorrespondingchapter.

• 

If problem persists:
1.  Unlockthehandleandopenmachinehead.
2.  Replace capsule (if needed).
3.  Disconnectpowercordfromtheoutletandplugthemachine

back into outlet after 10 seconds.

4.  Closetheheadandpressthebuttontoturn“on”andpress

again to start brewing. If problem persists, call
