10. HOIST MAINTENANCE

The hoist should be returned to a certified Spider
®
service center for periodic maintenance at
least once a year from the date it was placed into service, or after 250 working hours since last
maintenance.
More frequent service may be required if the hoist is subjected to dirty environments.

If the hoist fails any inspection or operation, it should be returned for service.
