LED indicator colour coding
The LED indicator indicates the status of the Emergency-plug.
Refer to the following table for the meanings of the different LED indicator statuses:
LED indicator status
Meaning
Action point
Off.
The Emergency-plug is
switched off.
Switch on the
Emergency-plug.
The self-test failed.
Replace the batteries.
Please contact Total
Safety Solutions or
an authorised sales
point. Do not use the
Emergency-plug.
Flashes alternately
red, green, blue
and yellow.
The Emergency-plug is
performing a self-test.
Wait until the self-test is
complete. The self-test is
successful when the LED
indicator lights up green.
Flashes green.
The Emergency-plug is
ready for use.
Insert the Emergency-
plug into the vehicle
charging port.
Flashes alternately
red and green.
The self-test was
successful, but the
batteries are running low.

Replace the batteries.
2. Perform the self-test
function again.
Lights up red.
The self-test failed.
The Emergency-plug is
damaged. Please contact
Total Safety Solutions
or an authorised sales
point. Do not use the
Emergency-plug.
