BEFORE FIRST USE - TIME STAMP
You will need to save and UNZIP the time file. If you are unable to UNZIP then we recommend
you download the two files from TECH SUPPORT. The reason we give both options is that some
computers wont download the files directly and hence we zip them to make it easier to download
and use them. These files are needed to set the time and date stamp on your Sherlock voice
recorder.
1. Make sure your recorder is in OFF position then PLUG it into your USB port on your
computer. Please connect DIRECTLY to your computers USB port. (not via a hub)

NOTE: If you you are not able to download and unzip, please copy the 2 files
individually under UNZIPPED from the TECH SUPPORT section and save
them on the voice recorder.
