Position Shoulder Belt
on Child
Pull up on shoulder belt to tighten.
The shoulder belt should lay snugly
across the center of the child’s
shoulder and across the chest and
not on their face or neck.
Only use the shoulder belt-positioning
guide in the headrest if necessary to
help position the shoulder belt
correctly on the child.
Finished!
Check periodically to make
sure your child has not moved
out of position and loosened
the shoulder belt.
Buckle the Vehicle Belt
Pull up on lap belt to tighten.
Removing Seat Pad Set for Cleaning
Lay Backrest Flat
To remove backrest/headrest from
seat base, backrest needs to be
in the most upright position. See
page 14.
Press firmly on backrest release

and rotate seat back until
it lays flat

Remove Pad from Seat
Base
Pull elastic straps out from under
the seat base and pull the pad
off the seat base.
