Have Child Sit in
Booster Seat
The tops of your child’s
ears should never be above
the top of the booster seat’s
headrest.

Position Lap Belt
on Child
Route the lap belt portion of the
vehicle belt through the
Booster
Seat Belt Path
as shown. The lap
belt should lay snugly across your
child’s hips; not on their stomach.

Buckle Vehicle Belt
Pull the lap belt up to
tighten.

Booster Seat Use in Vehicle
Put Booster Seat
into Position 1
The vehicle seat back
MUST
be upright.
Recline handle is at
front of car seat.
If your vehicle has a
headrest that interferes
with a fl ush car seat
fi t, check your vehicle
owner’s manual to see
if it can be removed,
adjusted, or if there are
other possible seating
locations for you
to install.
Only
use semi-
reclined
Position 2
if
necessary
to install
the booster seat flush
against the vehicle
seat back.
