• ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
• Remove all contents from packaging and discard box, and/or poly bags.
• Lay out and identify all parts.
• Do not return this product to the place of purchase. If any parts are

code (manufacture date) located on booster seat base.

Before Assembly:
Wipe down tray with a soft cloth and warm soapy water.
• SE REQUIERE EL ARMADO POR PARTE DE UN ADULTO.

WARNING:
PREVENT serious injury or death from falls or sliding out:
• ALWAYS secure child in the restraint until child is able to
get in and out of the booster seat without help.
• NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED.
• ALWAYS secure both seat AND back chair strap(s).
• NEVER allow child to push against table.
• NEVER use this product as a car seat or bath seat, on a
tabletop, stool, swivel chair, or any other chair where the
straps cannot secure it properly.
• NEVER use on uneven surfaces.
• Discontinue use if damaged, broken or if parts are missing.
• USE only for child that can sit up unassisted.
• Until child is able to get in and out of the booster seat
without help, the child should be secured in the booster seat
at all times by the restraint system. The tray is not designed
to hold the child in the chair.

• Hasta que el niño pueda subirse o bajarse del asiento sin ayuda,
