Before Assembly;
It is important you have a level
firm base for your unit. This
should be constructed from
concrete, tarmac or flags and
be a minimum of 50mm deep.
Minimum Base Measurment:
2020mm x 1120mm

Screw driver/ Powerdriver
Spirit Level
Two people are required for
assembly
If required joints can be sealed
with sealant, apply a bead of
sealant along the panels at
each stage. Wipe away any
excess sealant immediately
with a damp cloth.

Position No.4 to groove in
No.2. Ensure
holes are alinged and
screw together

Position No.5 to groove in
No.4. Ensure
holes are alinged and
screw together

If you are fixing the
base to the ground
knockout the tabs in
the 4 corners of the
base, to take the
ground anchor bolts

Open the doors,
Position No.8 to No.6

in front of the bends
on N0.6 and No.7.
Ensure holes are
alinged and
screw together

Place No.10 on to top
of assembly. Align No.10
centrally, ensure
holes are alinged and
screw together.
