Warranty and return policy
Default warranty of TE26 is 12 months since ship date and Te05 Te08 TE07 is 6 months.
We do not accept return if product doesn’t has quality problem.
If it is within warranty and get broken, you can return it back and get free repair. Return shipping cost is on buyer’s behalf.
We will pay the shipping cost for sending repaired product.
If product is beyond the warranty, you need to pay returning shipping cost, repair fee and shipping cost for send repaired
product.
Warranty will be invalid in below conditions:
1) Passed 6 or 12 months since ship date.
2) Open case or and change circuits without our formal authorization.
3) Other kinds of problems caused by wrong operations.

Q. How to avoid earpiece detector with this neckloop?
A. Turn off the power switch to avoid earpiece detection equipment.

Q: There is no sound from the earpiece.
A: Please check if the battery is loaded correctly.
Q: Why I can hear little static noise?
A: It’s normal to hear some static noise. It means the earbud is under working
status.
Q: Why I hear loud “zzz” noise?
A: The battery is running of power. Please change to a new button battery.

Q: The battery life is very short.
A: Please use brand new high quality button battery. After using it, please take
