Please note that the SFNTSetContactServer function has higher priority
over this tag. If the tag is empty, the license request will be broadcasted
within the subnet.
Tag Values

For Windows: You can set a workstation name, IP address, IPX
address, or NetBIOS name.
■
For Linux: You can set a workstation name or an IP address.
■ For Macintosh: You can set a workstation name or an IP address.
Heartbeat/Maintain License Time
Sets the heartbeat interval for maintaining the license acquired by network
applications. Please note that any setting in SFNTSetHeartbeat (for API-pro-
tected applications) or under the
Networking tab (for Shell-protected
applications) will override the value specified in the configuration file.
Tag Values
The default value is 120 seconds. It can be set as any value from 1 minute to
30 days, in multiples of 1 second. You can also choose from the following
constants:

SP_MAX_HEARTBEAT = 2592000
■ SP_MIN_HEARTBEAT = 60
■
SP_INFINITE_HEARTBEAT = 0xFFFFFFFF
ServerPort
Sets the Sentinel Keys Server port.
Tag Values
The default port is 7001. It can be set as a value between 1025 to 65535.
Make sure of the following:
■ The port specified is not already in use.
■
The same value must be specified in the client-side configuration file.
