Basic Menu Functions
Function How Long To Hold
To Enable/Disable Alert Quickly press Compass’s center button.
Green enables alerts, Red disables alerts.
Power Down Hold Compass’s center button for 5 seconds.
Corner lights turn purple.
Battery Life Compass will indicate “low battery” by
flashing red lights (every 5 seconds) which
act as an indication that the battery level
is less than 15%. The flashing lights, or
“heartbeats,” will only be seen when battery
life reaches this level and will continue until
battery is dead.
Master Sensitivity Settings
(FOR MANAGEMENT ONLY)
Plug device into the micro USB to begin
charging, then hold the center button for
5 seconds. Red lights represent voltage
detection, blue lights represent current
detection. To INCREASE or DECREASE
sensitivity, quickly press button ONCE
until desired sensitivity is displayed. Then
HOLD to confirm sensitivity. You are then
transitioned into the current detection
mode. When desired sensitivity is selected,
unplug Compass.
When approaching a
VOLTAGE
or
CURRENT
source the LED bar will
flash visual warnings. The device will also issue an audible warning.
