INSTALLATION ONTO ERGORACK
This Deploy Pro Ladder Rack weighs approximately
129 lbs. To prevent damage to the vehicle or Ladder
Rack, It’s recommended to use a mechanical lifting
device to safely place it onto the mounted Ladder
Rack or Base Mounting System.
DEPLOY PRO PLACEMENT
Place the Deploy Pro Ladder Rack onto an installed ErgoRack, or
a Base Mounting System fitted with Crossbars. Do not place this
rack directly onto any vehicle roof or OEM-equipped Crossbars.
Place only onto an aftermarket ladder carrying system.

Position the Deploy Pro until the Ladder Holders are inboard of
the Crossbar’s ends. The Pivot Bar does not exceed beyond the
FBM Mounting as shown in Figure 7.
This Deploy Pro Ladder Rack is designed for only
a left or right side installation. Do not center this
rack on the vehicle as the bottomside protruding
Pivot Arm Hinge Plates can gouge or damage the
vehicle’s roof.
ATTENTION: The parts shown in Figure 6 are for Prime
Design AluRack models, and will not be used for the
ErgoRack model configuration.
NOTE: A Prime Design HBR-FT-M Ladder Rack is
shown for illustrative purposes only. A ladder rack and
its mounting system are not included with this Deploy
Pro Ladder Rack, and must be purchased separately.
