Step 1 : Assemble the leg and to the pedestal.
Step 2 : Place the cross rail then screw it to the leg with the bolts.
** Remark : Do not fullly tighten all the
nuts before completing step 2.
** Remark : Fully tighten all the nuts in
step 1 after assembled the cross rail.
