Once the desired froth level has been reached and the
temperature is sufficiently hot, stop steam dispensing by
turning the steam dispensing knob clockwise.
The steam wand must
never be removed from
the liquid before the steam
flow has been completely
stopped.
After using the steam knob, clean the inside as follows:
Turn the steam wand towards the drip tray and - being
very careful - dispense steam again.
Afterwards, clean the wand with a sponge or with a cloth.

Adjusting Brewed Products
The machine allows you to adjust the product length
according to your needs and to the type of cup used.
Press and hold the “Coffee” button for 3 seconds to adjust
the quantity of the coffee. The machine starts dispensing
the product. When the amount of coffee is enough, press
the “Coffee” button again to store the quantity.
The display shows the time counter, but the volume will
be determined by the flowmeter.
Press and hold the “Double coffee” button for 3 seconds
to adjust the quantity of the double coffee. The machine
starts dispensing the product. When the amount of coffee
is enough, press the “Double coffee” button again to store
the quantity.
