Espresso and coff ee brewing using pre-ground coff ee
This function allows you to use pre-ground and decaff einated coff ee.
With the pre-ground coff ee function you can only brew one coff ee at a
time.

Press the “
” button to select the pre-ground coff ee function.

Lift the pre-ground coff ee compartment lid and add one scoop of
pre-ground coff ee to the compartment. Use only the measuring scoop
supplied with the machine. Then close the pre-ground coff ee compart-
ment lid.
Warning:
Add only pre-ground coff ee to the pre-ground coff ee compartment.
Other substances and objects may cause severe damages to the ma-
chine. Such damages will not be covered by warranty.

Press the “
” button for an espresso or “
” button for a coff ee. The
brewing cycle starts.

After the pre-brewing cycle, coff ee begins to pour out of the dispens-
ing spout.

Coff ee brewing automatically stops when the preset level is reached;
press the “
” button to stop it earlier.
After brewing, the machine returns to the main menu.
Repeat the steps described above to brew more coff ees using pre-ground
coff ee.
Note:
If no pre-ground coff ee is poured into the pre-ground coff ee compart-
ment, only water will be dispensed.
If more scoops have been added, the machine will not brew the product
and any ground coff ee will be discharged into the coff ee grounds drawer.
