6 TIPS FOR CHOOSING COFFEE
As a general rule any type of coffee available on the
market can be used. However, coffee is a natural product
and its
fl
avour changes according to its origin and blend;
it is therefore a good idea to try different types of coffee
in order to
fi
nd the most suited to your personal taste.
For best results, we recommend using blends which are
expressly indicated for espresso coffee machines. Coffee
should always be dispensed by the pressurized porta
fi
lter
without dripping. The speed of coffee dispensing can
be modi
fi
ed by slightly changing the amount of coffee in
the
fi
lter and/or by using a different coffee grind. Saeco
recommends using single-dose coffee pods marked ESE
for a tasty coffee and easier cleaning and preparing.
