STEP 5:
With the bra aligned on the fairing, reinstall the headlight bezel so it secures the
center of the bra. Move to STEP 6.
STEP 6:
NOTE: When the bra is secured to the fairing by the bezel, you will see small
notches

in the bra’s material near the bezel’s retention tabs. This is a normal part of the
fairing bra’s design. Move to STEP 7.
TIP: As you smooth out the bra during installation, use a hair dryer to keep the vinyl
material pliable and smooth. Do not use an industrial-level heat gun as it could dam-
age the fairing bra.
STEP 7:
Around the perimeter of the bra are retention tabs

which go into the joint

between the outer fairing and the inner dash. When the inner dash’s Torx-style screws are
reinstalled and tightened, the joint will close thus securing the tabs and the fairing bra.
Move to STEP 8.
STEP 8:
Continue around the edge of the fairing bra, carefully tucking the retention tabs
into the gap between the outer fairing and the inner dash. Move to STEP 9.
