Cars with antenna cable that runs on to the
centre of the torsion compartment:
Take the
antenna from the kit and run the antenna cables
through the hole in the boot lid. Fit the antenna.
Tightening torque 2 Nm (1.5 lbf ft)

centre of the torsion compartment:
Remove
the existing antenna cable completely.

Cars with antenna cable that runs on to the
centre of the torsion compartment:
Fit the
kit's antenna cable in the boot lid and connect it
to the antenna. Run the kit's antenna cable
along the same route as the old cable up to the
torsion compartment.
Secure the antenna cable to the existing wiring
harness using cable ties.
Note
The boot lid must be closed and the soft top cover
open in order to gain access to the whole
antenna cable.
