Required tools:
A 1/2 inch wrench. Note portions of the assembly may require two people.
Step 1.
Remove the flash heater and upper tube. Lay these aside and then remove the bent bolt from
collar and replace with set screw (provided with unit).
Step 2.
Set the collar to the desired height and tighten set screw with 3/16 Hex Key (provided with
unit). Next install the rotating pallet unit to lower tube of flash stand.
Step 3.
Install the flash heater and upper tube into rotating pallet and lower tube. Tighten the U-bolt
nuts (1/2 inch wrench), just enough to prevent the rotating pallet bracket from moving.
Step 4.
Remove the two nuts (1/2 inch wrench) under rotating pallet unit. And then remove the two
pins, raise pallets and insert pins.
Step 5.
Adjust flash heater location as desired.
