OPERATION

Before starting work

Examine the place where the device is to be used for
hidden electrical cables, gas, and water pipes using a
pipe finding device.

Before connecting to mains, ensure care that the main
voltage corresponds to the details on the rating plate.

Fitting and changing tools (Fig. 2)

The device is equipped with a SDS-plus attachment system

Clean tools and grease with a thin layer of machine grease
before fitting.

Pull back fastening sleeve (A. Fig. 2) and hold.

Push and rotate the dust-free tool into the tool holder as
far as it will go. The tool will lock automatically.

Check that it has locked by pulling the tool.

Handle attachment (Fig. 4)

For reasons of safety, only use the hammer drill with handle
attachment.

You will be able to obtain a safe body position when working
by rotating the handle attachment in an anticlockwise
direction. Then tighten the handle attachment.

Depth stop (Fig. 5)

Loosen the knob and place the straight part of the depth
stop in the hole. Adjust the depth stop and retighten the knob.

Switching ON/OFF

Speed control

With the variable switch (2), the speed can be
continuously varied. With light pressure on the variable
switch(2), the machine begins to rotate slowly; with
increased pressure, the speed increases.

Locking button for variable switch

The variable switch can be locked on with the locking
button(3). To release, briefly press and release the
variable switch(2).

Removing SDS-plus tool (Fig. 3)

Pull back fastening sleeve (A), hold and remove tool. starting
work (Fig.3)
