OPERATION

 WARNING

The tool should never be connected to the power supply 
when assembling parts, making adjustments, cleaning, 
performing maintenance, or when the tool is not in use. 
Disconnecting the tool will prevent accidental starting 
that could cause serious injury.

MAIN HANDLE

See fi gure 4.

The main handle can be set to right and left at any of the 
three positions (0 and 90 degrees) by pressing the rotary 
lock button.

THREE-POSITION AUXILIARY HANDLE

See fi gure 2.

SWITCH

See fi gure 1.

 

To turn the tool on, press the lock button and then pull 
the switch trigger.

 

To turn the tool off, release the switch trigger.

TOOL-LESS WHEEL GUARD

See fi gure 11 and 12.

Release the wheel guard lock lever, then turn the tool-less 
wheel guard to the desired position. The maximum turning 
angle is 90° on either side; otherwise, the guard cannot 
be locked.

VARIABLE SPEED DIAL

See fi gure 5.

A variable speed dial is separated with the trigger switch.
You can select different speed by adjusting this dial. To 
have the lowest speed application, turn the dial to “1”. To 
have full speed application, turn the dial to “Max”.

 WARNING

Never become complacent while using your grinder 
sander, as carelessness can result in serious personal 
injury.

MOUNTING THE GRINDING WHEEL

See fi gure 6 and 7.

Inspect grinding wheel before installing. 

Do not use 

broken or defective parts.

1.  Unplug the tool.

 WARNING

Failure to unplug the tool could result in accidental 
starting causing possible serious personal injury.

2.  Attach the disc 

fl

 ange, the grinding wheel and the 

clamp nut to the spindle shaft.

3.  Ensure that the wheel is correctly seated over the boss 

on the disc 

fl

 ange and clamp nut.

4.  Depress the spindle lock button located at the right 

side of the gear case.

5.  Using the wrench provided, tighten the clamp nut in a
