Disc flange is not necessary for this sanding application.
Unplug your grinder sander polisher.
Attach the sanding pad and clamp nut to the spindle shaft.
Depress the spindle lock button on the right hand side of the gear case.
Tighten the sanding pad in a clockwise direction by hand.
Cover the sanding pad with the wool bonnet.
The polishing feature is designed to bring a shine to most painted surfaces
on timber & metal, use the tool on the lowest speed setting, if used on higher
speeds the paint or finish can burn.
Remove the guard for polishing applications.
Use the sanding feature for sanding off old paint from timber and metal
surfaces. It can also be used for
sanding timber smooth.
