3.4 Operating Instructions
The driver must carry out a routine check of the cart before driving. The check should in
particular focus on the body tilting pin and it is necessary to make sure the screw
connections are tightened properly.
For a reliable operation and long-term life of the tyres, ensure appropriate inflation to the
specified pressure of 0.17 MPa.
Driving with a cart is completely normal. Therefore, pay increased attention to reversing and
turning.
The rear face of the cart is removable. Securing against tipping while driving is provided by
one locking lever.
4. Maintenance and Care
Cart lubrication only applies to travelling wheels that should be lubricated after removing
the retaining ring by sliding the wheel hub to the side and lubricating the half-axis of the
travelling wheels with grease two to three times a year.
The biggest harm you can do to the tyres is to overload them. The tyres are the most
sensitive part of the entire cart, which is why the payload weight should not be exceeded.
From time to time, mud and hard dirt should be removed from the cart. The cart should be
washed if necessary. Abraded places and peeled off paint should be corrected in time by
appropriate conservation or painting.
