BEFORE FIRST USE
• Remove all packaging material.
WARNING! Do not insert the plug into the socket-outlet before the control panel is
mounted on the deep fryer. The fryer should first be connected to the power when it
is completely assembled and the heating element is immersed into the oil.
WARNING! The control panel, electric cable and plug must not be immersed in water
or other liquid.
WARNING! The deep fryer must not be used for heating and boiling water.
Lift up the control panel and heating element. Hold the bottom of the control panel
with one hand and the deep fryer with the other hand.
• Take out the oil container.
• Wash the oil container and frying basket in hot water with a soft, non-abrasive sponge
or cloth and detergent. Let both parts dry completely.

NOTE!
The oil container, frying basket, frying basket handle, the permanent filter and
lid can be washed in hot water and detergent.
ASSEMBLY
• Place the oil container into the deep fryer.
• Fit the control panel into the threads on the deep fryer and press down the control
panel as far as it goes.
• The deep fryer has an automatic circuit breaker which means that it does not start if
the control panel is incorrectly mounted.
