Before contacting a qualified engineer or Product Care, please see if the problem your machine
has developed can be solved with the help of the below:

either clean or untwist.

vibrates.

The feet of your machine have not
been adjusted correctly.

Transportation screws have not been
removed.

Your machine is under-loaded with
