bowl mixer, the unit must not be used for longer than 5 minute cycles, as this puts pressure on the
motor which could lead to overheating and product malfunction. It is recommended to allow the
stand bowl mixer a 20 minute break after each cycle. This will also help to prolong the life of your
appliance.
