provides heat to the base of food.
Use bottom heating for baking and browning dishes from below. It
is also ideal for slow cooking dishes such as casseroles, stews, and
pastries and pizzas where a crispy base is desired.

Circulates air in the oven at room temperature (without
the use of any heat) enabling quicker thawing of frozen food.
Use this to defrost food only.
