Web Interface & Firmware Updates
The easy-to-use Web interface for the PTX Model 3 PRO provides remote
connectivity for monitoring and updating many operational parameters of the
head. As more features and functionalities are added, this provides a simple
connection path for maintaining current and evolving functionality.
Securing your Camera to the Tilt Plate
The aluminum tilt plate has seven (7) slots for mounting your camera/lens. There are
two (2) threaded thumbscrews included with the PTX Model 3 PRO. These are secured
into the plate for shipping only.
Remove both screws.
Align one or both screws with the
¼”x 20 threaded mount(s) on the
base of your camera. Select the
slot that best balances your
payload.
Example 1:
single screw into
base of Blackmagic Pocket
Cinema Camera.
Example 2:
two screws into sled mount for
long lens on Blackmagic Studio Camera.
