Troubleshooting:
Problem
Try This:
RubiConX is moving inside the receiver.
1) Ensure LGA rattle free hitch pin is installed
correctly (Part 6 Step 2), and torqued to
recommended spec.
2) If using extension, swing away, or other hitch-
based add-on, ensure the movement isn’t
originating at that component.
Hitch Tent is moving inside RubiConX
1) Verify Black Cam Handle on RubiConX is tight.
If necessary, turn the flange nut slightly to
increase tension when cam handle is tight.
2)Check Main Latch Tension
Main Latch Doesn’t stay closed or is very
easy/hard to close.
1) After some use, it’s common for the Main latch
to need slight adjustment. Follow the instructions
to adjust main latch tension
