ACCOUNTED FOR AS INDICATED ON PAGE BEFORE
2. WHEN UNPACKING COMPONENTS, PLEASE PLACE THEM ON A PROTECTED SURFACE (E.G. FOAM) TO
ENSURE THAT THE PAINT IS NOT DAMAGED OR SCRATCHED

MOVE ANY CAB GUARD, ROLL BAR, TONNEAU COVER ETC.

MOVE THE SPECIFIED TORX SCREW

3. APPLY 5MM FOAM STRIP ALONG TOP SURFACE OF FRONT LIP OF LOAD BIN

1. POSITION THE FRONT MOUNT BRACKET IN THE FRONT LEFT HAND CORNER OF THE LOAD BIN.
2. USE TWO M6 X 20 SET SCREWS WITH M6 SPRING WASHERS AND M6 X 16 FENDER WASHERS
TO LOOSELY SCREW THE BRACKET TO THE FRONT OF THE LOAD BIN.
3. USE FOUR M8 X 30 SET SCREWS WITH FOUR M8 SPRING WASHERS AND M8 X 25 FLAT WASHERS
TO FASTEN THE BRACKET TO THE SIDE OF THE LOAD BIN
4. ONCE THE BRACKET IS IN THE CORRECT POSITION, FASTEN ALL THE SET SCREWS TO 25NM.
5. REPEAT THIS PROCESS IN THE FRONT MOUNT BRACKET RIGHT HAND SIDE IN THE FRONT RIGHT HAND
CORNER OF THE LOAD BIN.
