To remove or disable a second user code enter the four digit
user code, the buzzer will emit a steady sound and the exit time
start.  Press the Ô*Õ key followed by the Ô9Õ key followed by the Ô2Õ
key.  The LEDs 1, 2, 3 and 4 will come on to indicate a new 4
digit code is required.  Enter Ô0-0-0-0Õ (four zero keys).  As you
press each key one LED will go out.  After the last key an accept
tone will be given and the second user code will be disabled.

Chime zones

During the day there may be an area in the building that you
would want to know the presence of a person (e.g. garage)
without setting the alarm.  This can be done using the chime
setting.  When the detector in the chime zone is activated the
keypad will chime.  This can be set as follows:

Whilst the panel is unset press the Ô*Õ key the display will show
the zones currently in chime mode.  Press the key number of
the zone you wish to change.  If the zone does not have a
chime (e.g. fire or PA zone) an error tone will be given.  Press
the Ô*Õ key to finish.

Engineer programming

To enter the engineer programming mode the following
procedure must be followed.
1.

The lid should be off the control panel.

2.

Switch the mains supply on.  The internal sounder will start.

3.

Enter Ô1234Õ followed by the Ô#Õ button, this will silence the
sounder, the tamper LED will flash on the remote keypad.

4.

Enter Ô7890Õ, the tamper LED will go out and the mains LED
will flash, the panel is now in Ôengineer programming
modeÕ.

The following options are now available for programming to
individual requirements.

Exit time

3-0 range 10-90 seconds

Enter 3-0 LED 3 will light up.  This has been preset for factory
default - at 30 seconds.  A new time may be programmed by
entering one key from the following table.  Once program is set
press Ô*Õ to confirm.  The accept tone will sound.

Entry time

3-1 range 10-90 seconds

Enter 3-1 LED 3 will light up.  Again this has been preset for

follow exactly the same directions as the EXIT.  Again press Ô*Õ
to confirm option.  The accept tone will sound.

Enter 2

15 seconds.  LED 2 on.

Enter 3

30 seconds.  LED 3 on.

Enter 4

45 seconds.  LED 4 on.

Enter 5

60 seconds.  LED 5 on.

Enter 6

90 seconds.  LED 6 on.

Bell duration

(Bell ring time) 3-2 range 3-20 minutes

Enter 3-2 LED 5 will light up.  This has been preset for factory
default at 15 minutes.  A new time may be programmed by
entering one key from the following table.  Once program is set
press Ô*Õ to confirm.  The accept tone will sound.

3 minutes.   LED 1 on.

Enter 2

4 minutes.   LED 2 on.

Enter 3

5 minutes. LED 3 on.

Enter 4

10 minutes. LED 4 on.

Enter 5

15 minutes. LED 5 on.

Enter 6

20 minutes. LED 6 on.

Part set exit time

3-3 range 0-90 seconds.

Enter 3-3 LED 2 will light up.  This has been preset for factory
default at 15 seconds.  A new time may be programmed by
entering one key from the following table.  Once program is set
press Ô*Õ to confirm.  The accept tone will sound.

Enter 0

0 seconds. All LEDs off (instant set in part set).

Enter 1

10 seconds.  LED 1 on.

Enter 2

15 seconds.  LED 2 on.

Enter 3

30 seconds.  LED 3 on.

Enter 4

45 seconds.  LED 4 on.

Enter 5

60 seconds.  LED 5 on.

Enter 6

90 seconds.  LED 6 on.

Note:

The exit sounder volume can be altered in part set only
by the control marked PART SET VOLUME.  The level
can be reduced to almost zero.  When the control sets
an accept tone will sound.

Circuit programming

Circuits 2-6 can be reprogrammed to suit your requirements.
Circuit 1 is fixed as a final exit circuit.  Circuit 7 is fixed as a PA
circuit.  Circuit 8 is the global tamper circuit.  The method of
programming is as follows:

Enter 4-2 for zone 2

Enter 4-3 for zone 3

Enter 4-4 for zone 4

Enter 4-5 for zone 5

Enter 4-6 for zone 6

Select the circuit you wish to alter.  That circuit may then be
programmed by entering one key from the following table.
Once program is set press Ô*Õ to confirm, the accept tone will
sound.

Enter 1

Alarm.

Enter 2

Alarm with walkthrough.

Enter 3

Alarm with isolate in part set.

Enter 4

Alarm with walkthrough isolated in part set.

Enter 5

Full set alarm with walkthrough and part set entry.

Enter 6

Fire.

Extended programming options

Once all zones have been programmed you now have further
options available.  Again bring up the LED to enable the option
and extinguish the LED to remove the option.  ENTER Ô7Õ to
access the extended options then enter a key from the table
below.

Enter 1 - LED 1 Disable external bell and strobe in part set.
Enter 2 - LED 2 Chime enable.
Enter 3 - LED 3 Full set door sense setting.
Enter 4 - LED 4 Convert ID output to signal mains fail.
Enter 5 - LED 5 Allow the isolation of zone 1 (Entry/Exit) in

part set.

Enter 6 - LED 6 Allow PA from remote keypad by pressing Ô*Õ

and Ô#Õ together.

Press * to confirm.  The accept tone will sound.

Engineering access code

The engineer access code is programmed to Ô7890Õ as a
factory default.  To change this code:

Enter 1-1 LEDs 1, 2, 3 and 4 will light up.  Enter the new 4 digit
code.  After each keypress one LED will go out.  The speaker
will emit an accept tone if the new code is accepted.  If the
speaker emits an error tone and all LEDs are extinguished the
old access code is still valid.  Repeat the procedure using a
different code.
