General Specifications:
All tanks are Tested and Approved BS EN 12921-1:2010 standard and manufactured from 2mm
SUS304 stainless steel (other grades available for special order cleaners).
The following tanks are available with a 230V 16A Heater supply rather than a 5 pin 3 Phase
supply (57L,90L,99L,)
Safety and PPE
It is recommended that Ear protection is used when the Ultrasonic Function is operating, noise
levels can be in excess of 83db (Dependent on the unit) at a 1 Meter distance with no lid fitted.
Consideration should be made to reduce operator close exposure to a “running tank”. The above
Db levels are intended as an indication, they may vary slightly due to the volume of fluid and type
of item being cleaned within the bath.
Gloves, overalls and safety glasses are recommended to protect the operator from hot fluids and
items which may be accessible when loading and unloading the bath.
Adequate ventilation should be provided when the solution being used recommends doing so, face
masks may also be recommended dependant on the fluid being used.
