This instruction outputs ON(TRUE) or OFF(FALSE) for relay-type (bit)
input result.

• ON when the input rung condition become true.

• OFF when the input rung condition become false.

OUT instructions are reset (turned OFF) when:

• You enter to the program or remote program mode via XGPC
