Assemble the bar on Type

wave 2

The span line (available only on

type wave 2).

One of the main problems with

other kites with 5th line safety

systems is that when the kite

crashes, the 5th line can wrap

around the kite inhibiting the

kite to relaunch or fly properly.

The RRD Anti-Fool Bridle

System on the kite prohibits

the lines from inverting and the

5th line becoming tangled

around the kite. The span line

is tangle with the fifth line bri-

dle on the kite.

-Undo the span-line from the

fifth line bridle.

-Connect the Front lines on the

span line's end.

Pass the span on line on the

fornt tips shackle.

Important:

- The red ball has to be

always between the rear

pigtails and the shackles

(Photo 5.9)

Connect the bar as showed in

Diagrams

Note: Too much weight is better than too little. A loose kite can endanger others down

wind.

Carrying your Kite

Always carry your kite upside down by the center of the leading edge with the kite facing

into

the wind. Carrying your kite in any other way can result

in loss of control of the kite and may create a hazard for those downwind.

Deflating the Leading Edge

To deflate the leading edge, undo the Velcro on both of the valves on the center of

the leading edge and remove the valve caps. You may also choose to use the

wingtip deflation valve for quick and easy roll-up deflation of the leading edge.
