I. PRECAUTIONS

It is forbidden to use the device if damaged or defective.
•
The device can’t be used by persons with physical or mental disabilities or child-
ren or persons with insufficient experience, and/or insufficient knowledge.
•
Device must be kept away from children.
•
To prevent injuries, always be careful with the maintenance of the device, particu-
larly with the maintenance of the blades.
•
When cleaning or servicing the device be aware of all possible dangers or residu-
al risks.
•
The blades are very sharp - do not ever touch them!

III. APPLICATION
The fruit cutter is designed for cutting fruit as well as tomatoes and potatoes.
We do not take any responsibility for improper use. Any damage resulting from a
non-conform use of the device has to be paid by the user!

IV. BEFORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity and open it. If the pa-
ckaging is damaged, please contact your transport company and distributor within
3 days, and document the damages as detailed as possible. Do not turn the package
upside down! When transporting the package, please ensure to keep it horizontal and
stable. Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and styrofoam), so
that in case of return, the device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate
condition.
V. USE OF THE DEVICE
•
Before using it for the first time, the device must be cleaned with a mild deter-
gent.
•
Please put the machine on an even place, which is tilt resistant and can support
the combined weight of the machine.
•
Place the pusher (2) in the guide rods (1).
•
Device is ready to work. Pull the pusher (2) up, place the fruit directly on the
blades and move the lever firmly downward. The fruit will be cut.
•
The blades can be removed if needed. To remove the blades, first take out the
pusher (2) from the guide rods (1) and then unscrew the two mounting screws
underneath the device. Beware of sharp blades!
•
WARNING: the blades are very sharp! Always remove hands / fingers from the
cutting area before cutting!
VI. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the device every day accurately for a correct operation and longevity of the
equipment. Clean the surfaces with water and soap or alcohol. Please do not use
detergents with abrasives or substances based on chlorine or soda (chlorine water,
muriatic acid), steel wool or similar products. They can cause immense damage!
