Tilting floor does
not function.
a. Nest does not open or close.
- All strings are not in correct position:
adjust.
- Floors are not in correct position: adjust.
- Put switch into the correct position
(automatically).
- Cable passed: place cable back.
- Clip is broken: replace clip.
b. Motor opening system tilting floor
does not rotate.
- Check thermal-magnetic motor protection
in CCP.
- If mechanically stucked, first solve this
problem.

System gives
alarm on the CCP
(red light) when it
should not.
a. Timers.
- Contact your Roxell installer to set the
timers according the instructions included
in the CCP.
Movable Back:
1.
Switch off main CCP.
2.
Put selection switch on 3 (= open).
3.
Switch on main CCP. Nest goes open.
4.
When nest is open, check the nest for blockage. If alarm comes up, please ignore.
5.
When solved, switch main CCP off again.
6.
Put selection switch on 2 (= close).
7.
Switch on main CCP.
8.
If nest doesn't close correctly, repeat steps 1 to 7.
9.
If nest closes correctly, put selection switch back to 1 (clock).
ALARM PROCEDURE
ACTIONS IN GREY BACKGROUND MUST BE DONE BY A TECHNICALLY TRAINED PERSON.
Tilting Floor:
1.
Switch off main CCP.
2.
Put selection switch on 0 (= off).
3.
Switch on main CCP.
4.
Open all nests manually with the switch on the CCP drive unit.
- It might be necessary to open the control box on the CCP drive unit.
- Reset the motor protection if the motor is not running.
5.
When nest is open, check the nest for blockage.
6.
When solved, switch main CCP off again.
7.
Put selection switch on 2 (= close).
8.
Switch on main CCP.
9.
If nest doesn't close correctly, repeat steps 1 to 8.
10.
If nest closes correctly, put selection switch back to 1 (clock).
