1. Product Description
1.1 General
The glass panel heater 425 W is suitable for individual use in closed and dry rooms in living
areas thanks to its especially flat design and elegant glass surface. Innovative technology
makes this appliance particularly energy efficient and economical in electricity consumpti-
on, while ensuring that the room is heated in a very short time.
1.2
Type plate
The type plate of the fan heater with all relevant technical data is attached on the rear of
the appliance.
1.3
Area of application and intended use
This appliance is constructed according to the state of the art and the recognized technical
rules of safety. Nevertheless, improper use or use other than that intended can result in
hazards to the life and limb of the user or third parties or damage to the appliance itself
and/or other tangible assets.
This glass panel heater has been designed for mounting on the wall and is suitable for
heating private, closed and dry rooms during changes in the seasons. The appliance can
also be used as additional heating on extremely cold days.
A different use or a use extending beyond this is deemed to be improper. The user
shall bear the risk. Proper and correct use also includes observance of the ope-
rating and installation notes as well as compliance with the maintenance terms.
1.4
Product safety
In order to avoid potential hazards in advance, the following safety device(s) has/have
been installed by the manufacturer as standard:
Overheating protection
If the maximum permitted appliance temperature is exceeded, the appliance will automati-
cally switch off and cannot be restarted until it has cooled down.
IP degree of protection
This appliance has protection class IP24 and is protected against penetration by foreign
bodies up to 12 mm and against water from all sites. Please note this information using use.
