Note that only original parts may be used for repair and maintenance work. Contact the
ROWI Service Center if need be (see Chapter 5).

4.5 Troubleshooting
Maintenance work that is not listed in Chapter 4.4 may only be carried out by the ROWI
Service Center (see Chapter 5). In the case of maintenance work within the
first 24 months that has not been carried out by persons or companies authorized by
ROWI,
all warranty claims shall become null and void

Make sure the plug is plugged
into the socket. Check the
power supply voltage.
Move the
rocker switch to
position I.
Check the lamp as described
in Chapter 3.7 and replace, if
necessary.
Move the heating switch to
position I and II.
Switch off the appliance and
pull out the plug. Allow the
appliance to cool down. Check
the air inlet and outlet openings
and remedy the cause of the
overheating, if need be.
Appliance does not
start.
The flame effect does
not function or only
functions partially
The appliance starts but
does not heat.
The switch switches off
during operation.
No power or voltage too
