When tightening button head bolts, only turn the nut!
1.
Park the vehicle on a smooth level surface.
2.
Remove the 11 push pins using a flat screwdriver or removal tool. Save for reuse. Remove the radiator cover and
set aside.

Using a 10mm socket, remove the upper grille bolts, retain for reuse.
See Photo 2.
4.
Using a large flat screwdriver, push down on the 4 lower grille clips and remove the grille.
See Photo 3.
5.
Lay the supplied grille trim ring and grille face down. Use the supplied 1/4” x 1/2” bolts and nuts to attach the trim
ring to the grille. Tighten using a 5/32” Allen and a 7/16” wrench.
Do not use
holes shown in
Photos 4 & 6.
6.
Attach the 5 supplied upper brackets to the grille using the supplied 1/4” x 5/8” bolts and nuts. Do not tighten at this
time.

7.
Attach the upper mounting plate to the brackets using the supplied 1/4” x 1/2” bolts and nuts. Tighten using a 5/32”
Allen and a 7/16” wrench.

8.
Attach the 5 supplied lower brackets to the grille using the supplied 1/4” x 5/8” bolts and nuts. Do not tighten at this
time.

Remove radiator cover push pins.
Remove upper grille bolts
Unclip the lower grille clips.
Attach trim ring to mesh grille.
Tighten upper mounting plate.
Attach lower mounting plate brackets.
