Error 6 showing on your control pad
display.
Possible air lock, blockage, too many jets
are closed, filter is dirty
Initially you will need to allow the
temperature of your water to cool
below 38 deg c then you will need to
reset the hot tub by pushing the up,
down and pump buttons
simultaneously. If the error code
reappears please try one of the
following;
Are all the jets in the open position?
Open them by twisting the jet faces.
Are your filters clean or need changing?
Have you recently refilled your hot tub?
If so did you fill through the filter
housing? If not, please call your supplier.
Is the water level correct? Please see
page 8 and top up if needed.
After each check please reset your
RotoSpa.
If the error code persists, please contact
your supplier.
H2O error message is displaying on the
control panel display.
H2O refers to no water being detected
in the heater. Causes of this include;
Air lock
Fault with optical sensor
Water is too ‘pure’ so the optical sensor
cannot ‘see’ the water
Optical sensor may be obstructed due to
hard water issue
If you have just refilled your hot tub
chances are the water is too pure
contact your supplier for further
information.
Again if you have just refilled your hot
tub it may be that an air lock has
developed- call your supplier
