Roth NEO 6.2
SoundCore does not
turn on.
Power cable not connected to the
power outlet and /or Roth NEO 6.2
SoundCore
Check connection.
Sound reproduction
too soft.
Volume of Roth NEO 6.2
SoundCore set too low.
Increase the volume using the “Volume” button.
Increase the volume of the source device.
Roth NEO 6.2
SoundCore does not
respond to remote
control.
The battery is flat.
Replace battery, observe correct polarity at insertion.
No sound
reproduction.
Sound format of the source device
wrongly selected.
(Digital input “TV” and “DVD”)
Please check the correct setting of your source device.
Source device not producing
any signal.
Digital output on the source device not activated (please
refer to device instructions).
Cable not correctly connected /
faulty cable.
Check the connection of the source device to the Roth NEO
6.2 SoundCore and change the cable where necessary.
