The appliance shall not be used outdoors.
o
Before plugging into a socket, it shall be ensured that
the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on
the rating plate.
o
To avoid fire, electric shock and personal injury, the
heating base of the appliance, its cord or plug shall
not be immersed into water or any other fluid.
o
The appliance shall always be unplugged when not in
use or when left unattended. Moreover, it shall be al-
lowed to cool before changing accessory or cleaning.
o
Unplug the appliance by grasping the plug and never
by pulling the cord.
o
The appliance shall not be operated with a damaged
cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, or
has been damaged in any manner. It shall be returned
to the nearest authorized service facility for examina-
tion, repair or adjustment.
o
Incorrect reassembly or use of any accessory attach-
ment not recommended or sold by the manufacturer
may cause fire, electric shock or personal injury and
will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
o
The power cord shall not hang over the edge of a table
or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
