DECLARATION OF WARRANTY
We accord a
5-year guarantee for the high-pressure boiler
.
The guarantee is valid without prejudice to any warranty rights provided by law and is exclusively in reference to
the
boiler
and the
high-pressure boiler
. The term of guarantee commences with either the date of the
purchase contract or with the delivery of the ROTEL PROFESSIONAL, and is valid for the duration of five years.
In the case of a guarantee claim, the purchaser shall be obligated to immediately inform the guarantor in writing
of the defect, that is to say, without any culpable delay. In the case of a guarantee claim, the purchaser is entitled
to rectification of defects. To enforce the guarantee claim, the purchaser must send the iron together with the
guarantee card and proof of purchase (sales receipt or purchase contract) to the respective customer service of
the Rotel. The purchaser may not claim breakdown compensation from the seller corresponding to the duration
of the repair. The shipment costs are at the expense of the purchasers. The guarantee card must indicate the
date of purchase and a dealer's stamp. A guarantee will not otherwise be accorded. Self-inflicted defects or
damages are excluded from the guarantee The guarantee rights expressly exclude damages incurred due to
unintended use or operation, calcification of the boiler, excessive fluctuations in the supply voltage, incorrect
installation or incorrect connection of the appliance, insufficient or improper maintenance, in as far as the
instruction manual contains a maintenance plan, and any intervention on the appliance, which was not carried
out by the Rotel service staff.
We accord
legal warranty rights
for rectification of all defects that are verifiably due to material or
manufacturing faults. The warranty claim will be compensated by either a repair or replacement of the defective
parts, according to our option. It will only be accorded when the guarantee card has been furnished with the date
of purchase, a dealer's stamp and signature, and the sales receipt, together with the appliance, has been sent to
customer service. Return shipments should be sent in the original packaging. Shipment costs are at the
purchaser's expense. Repair and/or replacement of parts during the warranty period do not in any case extend
the term of warranty. Liability for consequential damage will not be accorded.
Excluded from warranty:
- Damage due to unintended use or operation.
- Damage due to calcification or wear-and-tear.
- Wear-and-tear parts and fragile accessory parts made of plastic and rubber.
- Incorrect installation or incorrect connection.
- Excessive fluctuations in the supply voltage.
- Insufficient or improper maintenance.
- Shipping the appliance in inadequate packaging.
- Customer intervention or by third-parties, who are not employees of the specified customer service.
Please do not forget to enclose your address, guarantee card, sales receipt and a statement with your shipment.
