Troubleshooting and Customer Care
PROBLEM
SOLUTION
The Rotadent ProCare
does not work…
a) The battery may need to be charged. Recharge the handle
for at least 24 hours.
b) The outlet may not be live. Try a different power outlet. The
electricity supply to outlets in bathrooms may be cut off when
the light is switched off.
c) The handle is on the charging base. Remove it from the
charging base (for safety reasons, the toothbrush will not
work in the charging base).
d) Brush head may be damaged. Replace with a new
brush head.
The toothbrush is
running slowly…
a) Battery charge may be low. Put the handle into the charger
base to recharge.
b) It may be time to change your brush head. Replace with a
new brush head.
The brush head
is noisy…
a) The brush head may not be snapped into position. Check the
brush head installation per the instructions in this manual.
b) Excessive toothpaste buildup could be keeping the brush
head from working correctly. Clean the handle and brush
head, and then try to lock the brush head in place again.
c) Replace with a new brush head.
