Before restarting work, make sure that no liquid has entered the suction head.

Check the fire brigade suction cleaner regularly for any damage.

The fire brigade suction cleaner should not be used with a damaged connecting cable (1.3) or if there is any other

damage (from falling over, for example).

Never try to open up the machine yourself or to replace the connecting cable (1.3).

Have any repairs carried out by the manufacturer. Repairs by unqualified staff can lead to enormous damage to the

user.

Before disconnecting the plug (1.3) from the socket, switch off the machine using the I/O switch (1.2).

Never pull on the cable, use your hands to remove the plug from the mains power supply.

If the end of the discharge hose (11) is higher than the fire brigade suction cleaner, a non-return valve should be

installed between the suction cleaner and the hose connection to prevent water from flowing back into the suction

cleaner (danger of flooding).
