3 : Countable pulse mode:
If the command value is set to 1, a single pulse occurs. The
command value is automatically cleared. Thus, there is no need
to reset the value to 0. When an additional command with the
logic value 1 is issued during the pulse period, the number of
commands is added, and additional pulses are generated after
the pulse period is over.

Time the pulse is On. Pulse On time should be shorter than or
equal to the pulse period. If the Pulse On time is longer than the
pulse period, the pulse period is applied as the pulse On time.
