Care and Maintenance

Wipe the exterior of the Panel with a clean, soft and very slightly dampened cloth.
Do not allow the Panel to become wet.

Do not strike the Panel – handle it with appropriate care.
15. Troubleshooting
The Panel does not light up

Ensure that the panel is plugged in and switched on

Ensure that a Sensory Magic system is not running nearby as it may send signals to
disable the panel

Try setting the panel to Mode 1 or 2

Turn the panel OFF, wait 1 minute, and then turn ON again to re-initialise the panel.
No Music when PLAY button is pressed

Ensure that the panel is plugged in and switched on

Ensure that the MODE switch is set to Mode 1

Ensure that the SD memory card is fitted correctly (Label to the back of the panel)
